Purpose of role
To service the claims needs of customers, providing quality customer care, ensuring that all issues relating to the claims process are dealt with proactively.
Key responsibilities
As an active practitioner, you will manage new instructions and work in progress in accordance with set service standards and company procedures.
As Head of Consumer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience internally and with our partner companies by understanding customer journeys, identifying trends, managing the complaints function, and providing strategic insights to optimise product offerings and distribution channels.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
A key liaison between the client and the insurer, they will ensure that claims are administered in line with the expected standards, regulatory requirements and that an excellent service level is maintained.
