Working as the Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant you'll join an innovative team where you'll be the backbone of the sales team, handling everything from contract management and report generation to customer complaint resolution.
Supporting both a Lead and Assistant File Handler, performing delegated tasks, to pursue the progression and/or resolution of a file as a soon as practically possible.
The role with involve working upon complex and high value military claims in a fast paced environment allowing for development in NIHL cases.
Key Accountabilities
To undertake initial steps on a file including sending out acknowledgements, and procedural documents such as registration of CRU and the obtaining of key documentation.
The Head of Category will play a crucial role in this journey by maximizing sales, profit, utilization, and market share for a specific group of products or categories.
The Head of Category will become the expert and thought leader for their category, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to define and achieve customer excellence.
This role also involves the strategic development of the area to drive future competitive advantage and growth.
