SALARY: £27,000 - £29,000 pro rata + Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Hybrid role, working from both the office in Coventry, West Midlands (CV4), and from home

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant with previous administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.

Working as the Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant you'll join an innovative team where you'll be the backbone of the sales team, handling everything from contract management and report generation to customer complaint resolution.

As Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant you'll work closely with various departments ensuring smooth operations and top-notch support for the salespeople.

Experience with NetSuite and Vantage Online would be a plus but your positive attitude and resilience are what will make you stand out.

DUTIES

Your duties as Sales Administrator / Administration Assistant will include:

  • Retrieve and collate contracts to customers/salespeople
  • Use NetSuite and Vantage online to provide online reports for salespeople, and check history and account information (training will be given)
  • Locate BNP portal pages for upgrades and settlements
  • Compose and send electronic documents for the Sales Team
  • Ensure all NetSuite orders are claimed and progressed to lease desk
  • Work alongside ICT team providing support on electronic documents to send to clients on their behalf
  • Work alongside the PPD (Print Production) and PS (Print Services) teams to ensure deals are acknowledged and provide admin support where required
  • Work with Sales managers and other departments chasing through orders and resolving queries to ensure they are completed as quickly as possible
  • Investigate customer complaints and produce resolutions
  • Compiling and completing 12month review spreadsheets within Excel
  • Ensure all emails and queries are followed up with the relevant departments
  • Provide cover for other members of the team when they are on leave, working with and supporting their teams
  • Be out of office contact for salespeople when they are on leave

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous sales experience desired
  • NetSuite experience desired
  • Vantage Online experience desired
  • Microsoft Office suite trained
  • Resilient
  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Use initiative to complete complicated tasks
