We are a leading local Charitable organisation and we are now seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our busy housekeeping team, which is based in a Camberley nursing home whilst our new facility is being built.
Our housekeepers are an essential part of our team not only for the housekeeping but also maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for our patients and their families.
Previous experience of similar work in a similar environment such as a hospital, nursing home or care setting is preferred but not essential.
My client a well-known social housing organisation located in the Wembly area is seeking and experienced Head of M&E on an interim basis (4- 6 months) reporting to the Director of Compliance and Planned Works.
Lead the M&E Team to ensure statutory compliance in areas such as Gas Servicing, Lift Maintenance, Asbestos, Electrical Testing, Air conditioning and extraction, drainage plant security & door entry, and rooftop/high-level communal space safety.
Main Purpose of Job: Under the supervision of the Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the general security and maintenance of the school premises.
Salary Grade: C
This includes daily inspections to identify damage or vandalism, assisting with machinery and plant equipment maintenance, and ensuring a safe working and learning environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of caretaking, cleaning, health and safety and maintenance services across specified neighbourhoods.
