The key duties of this Head of Finance role are as follows: Work in close cooperation with external auditors at year end and in the production of the financial statements. Take the lead in the timely preparation of the monthly management accounts and presentation of these to Trustees. Play a key role in the annual budget setting process, liaising with the key stakeholders across all entities within the group. Attend biweekly senior management team meetings, providing valuable insights into the financial performance of the trust and offering advice on actions moving forward. Ensure the continua update of the five-year rolling and in-year forecasts. Monitor and control financial performance, addressing significant variances. Manage financial systems efficiently and ensure the effective implementation of financial controls.
