Trainee international wealth manager (Opportunity to relocate)

Job description

About the Role

  • The Trainee wealth managers role begins with learning how to generate activity, inbound and outbound leads for specific areas of financial planning Hoxton specialize in.
  • You will be required to make a minimum of 100 calls daily, 1 booking a day, which is an absolute minimum.
  • You will be exposed to various facets of the business including investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, technical advice and much more. There are monthly incentives you can qualify for based on your performance.
  • You will start as a trainee and train for 24/36 months whilst doing your UK qualifications to become a financial adviser in one of our locations around the world.
  • The course starts with three months of structured training in our UK office with very qualified and experienced managers at your disposal before moving to our international Dubai office if we feel you are ready and have what it takes to pursue a career in wealth management.

Salary and structure over the 3 year period

Package - Year one

  • 24,000 GBP Annual Salary
  • 5% Gross Commission on 0- 100,000 GBP
  • 10% Gross Commission on 100,000 GBP Plus. (Rolling 12 months)
  • Visa and Medical provided once in Dubai.

Package - Year Two

  • 26,400 GBP Annual Salary
  • 10% Gross Commission on 100,000 GBP Plus. (Rolling 12 months)
  • Visa and Medical provided once in Dubai.

Package - Year Three

  • 28,800 GBP Annual Salary
  • 10% Gross Commission on 100,000 GBP Plus. (Rolling 12 months)
  • Visa and Medical provided once in Dubai.

What the minimum requirements are once in the role

Minimum standards per week.

  • 500 Dials / 5 Hours talk time / 5 Booked meetings / 3 Sat meetings per week.

THREE MONTHS

  • 1,000,000 GBP AUM / 4 new clients

SIX MONTHS

  • 3,000,000 GBP AUM / 6 new clients / 40,000 GBP Gross commission

YEAR ONE

  • 6,000,000 GBP AUM / 16 New Clients / 100,000 GBP Gross commission

YEAR TWO

  • 6,000,000 GBP AUM / 25 New Clients / 200,000 GBP Gross Commission

YEAR THREE

  • 7,500,000 GBP AUM / 30 New Clients / 250,000 GBP Gross commission

At this point we would then provide the platform to start as a Pathway Financial Planner, this is a salaried role which allows you to Step into the Advice roll seamlessly. All training is provided throughout the pathway.
