OUR CLIENT is an established and recognised real estate owner / investor who are expanding and are now looking for a Head of Asset Management to run the Team and a portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.
THE ROLE will include the following duties
Heading up Property Management and Asset Management teams.
Responsible for overall strategy and full day to day control of Property Management and Asset Management functions.
As the Head of Residential Property Management, you will report directly to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
Now boasting 5,000 units spanning Greater London, with a small portion on the South Coast, there is a continued growth plan for the portfolio based on acquisitions, developments and conversions following a comprehensive asset management plan.

The Head of Residential Property Management reports directly to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors and is responsible for managing a team of 20 staff across a 1200 unit residential portfolio with a rent value sitting at circa £15m.
They handle both the development and asset management of these properties in-house.

The Role: The Head of Financial Planning is a pivotal and newly created role, reporting to the business Founders (MD and Head of Growth) of First Wealth, an award winning and ambitious Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Marylebone, London W1.
The successful Head of Financial Planning will be responsible for evaluating and directing the firm's financial planning service to improve the productivity and profitability of the financial planning team.
You will lead and develop the team of Financial Planners, ensuring they are consistently delivering exceptional client outcomes as measured by breadth and quality of advice and adherence to regulatory responsibilities.
