As a Customer Service/Claims Call Auditor, you will be working with the Claims Audit Lead and Claims Auditor, providing insight by undertaking QA Activity, utilizing the Quality Management System.
This will help to ensure Regulatory compliance, and good Governance controls are operating effectively to mitigate risks.

Strategy and Planning:.
General
Contributes to, monitors and advises on the plan developments and changes in order to ensure relevancy, compliance and optimal delivery
Validate all motor claims for indemnity and fraud.
Proactive and correct assessment of liability following investigations of a road traffic collision.
Accurate quantum assessment of third party vehicle damages presented using the relevant tools available to assist and further losses relating to motor insurance claims.
