Additionally, the Head Chef will manage food production, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and work closely with clients to understand and meet their needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of food and beverages is served to the highest standard within the financial limitations set for the contract.
