Contract Head Chef
Our client in Edenbridge, Kent, is seeking an experienced Head Chef with a background in Hospitality to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of food and beverages is served to the highest standard within the financial limitations set for the contract. Additionally, the Head Chef will manage food production, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and work closely with clients to understand and meet their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in the Hospitality industry
- Food Safety Certificate Level 2
- DBS Enhanced
Uniform:
White chef jacket, black trousers, steel toe safety shoes, chef hat/skull cap, butchers apron. Bring sharp knives safely wrapped in a knife roll/case, do not wrap in a cloth.
