Newstaff are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our client located nearby Bedfordshire.
Main duties:
- Participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
- Has desire to be cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef Ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets
- Ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
- Ensure that all equipment/ utensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
- To deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner
Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:
- Health and Hygiene Policy and Procedures
- Food Hygiene Regulations
- Health and Safety Procedures
- Current Licensing Regulations
- Method of payment
- Maintains a safe and hygienic work environment
