To support the effective delivery of the project's objectives working collaboratively as part of a project team, the wider HR function and with Service Unit colleagues.
To provide support to the project team in organising project activities, preparing presentations, monitoring progress, facilitating and note taking at key project related meetings, including presentations, workshops and staff engagement events.
Responsibilities include using a range of digital formats, including eLearning, videos, podcasts, and emerging technology, to design and deliver training.
Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000
This role is key in delivering effective, targeted digital and online learning solutions across the organization.
The role is split into two parts of line management and strategic work.
The Role
The team is made up of Trainees, Search Executives, Consultants, Senior and Principal Search Strategists.
The Group Search Strategist sits within our Search team, you will report directly into the Head of Search strategy and line manage those within your group.
