HR Coordinator role - full time office based Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
The nature of what we do is that the People functions are very inter-dependent.
We are looking for an ambitious, self-starter who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the journey of our fast-growing business and support our very special global team.
You will provide comprehensive functional support on Workday to subject matter experts within the People Team, while collaborating with the business to ensure these functions are fully supported.
Additionally, you will work closely with the team to maintain high-quality and accurate People data within the system, driving efficiencies through Workday where necessary.
Acting as the subject matter expert on Workday developments, you will keep the business and the People Team up to date with the latest releases and changes.

HR OFFICER Job Summary: As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes from recruitment to exit.
You will oversee administrative tasks such as posting job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, managing interviews, logging CVs, and conducting background checks and being responsible for the ATS from beginning to end.
Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing offer letters, contracts, conducting inductions, and managing exit interviews.
