The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, managing and developing a small HR team in a growing business with c300 employees.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the new HR Manager will work closely with senior leaders to drive and implement an HR strategy that supports their commitment to maintaining a strong moral purpose in a supportive but challenging culture.
Hours per week: Full-time, 37 hours per week
