Responsibilities for the role of HR Advisor
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, screen resumes, and facilitate the hiring process.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to expand our team, you must demonstrate a strong HR Generalist skill set, especially within ER and be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
The role is predominantly based at our Head Office in Kent, however there will be the need to support our site in Bexley for 2 days a week therefore you must be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support with Employee Relations cases (absence management, performance management, discipline and grievance... including attending hearings as note taker and advisor Advise line managers on all HR matters proving advice, support and direction on the full range of HR activities (employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures) as required.
We support our clients with employment law, HR and health & safety issues and workplace compliance.
We aim to ensure our clients are compliant, by being ready to respond to issues as they arise, and hopefully helping them to improve their knowledge and confidence at dealing with challenges along the way.
