The role will also involve the reconciliation of non-residential care accounts whose services have ended in order to ensure services are charged for accurately.
This includes the logging, investigation and resolution tracking of any queries/disputes raised by clients and/or their representatives.

This role is specifically intended to support the operational teams in delivering scheme projects alongside business-as-usual operations.
You will be supporting the operational teams in the delivery of technical administration projects but will not have any direct client operational/portfolio responsibilities.
