The purpose of this role is to provide governance and committee support and duties will include:
Our clients, a leading professional body, are recruiting for an experienced Governance or Secretariat Executive.
This role would suit a graduate (or equivalent), who has experience of working in a membership, not for profit or higher education organisation and who has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
This role will have critical responsibilities for the organising of General Meetings including ensuring compliance with the annual cycle of governance issues.
The role will have responsibilities for arranging the annual elections to Council from the Professional Membership, and from Council to Trustee Board and Nominations Committee.
