Ideal Person Minimum 4 years' experience in Trade or Brand Marketing in the Fashion & Licensing Industry at Manager level. A well-rounded and current understanding of the global fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry with your finger on the fashion pulse! A great communicator! Strong Commercial sense to ensure actionability of results and influence business success internationally. Strong planning and organisational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail. Event management experience is ideal particularly with global licensing trade shows. Strong knowledge of licensing industry media (existing relationships would be preferred) Trade Marketing Develop and secure sign-off for Trade Marketing strategies. Project management skills & ability to multi-task & manage shifting priorities & control Trade Marketing budgets collaboration meetings and support sales teams where necessary. and participate in brand release presentations. and Execute Trade advertising of the creation of brand collateral including brochures, case studies, guidelines, marketing calendar, territory overviews, brand infographics, etc. Trade Show presence including stand builds, event management and budgets (Virtual or physical as allowed by circumstances) Industry Award Submissions CRM Plan and implement email campaigns - Bi-annuals, Bi-weekly, Manage customer data and feedback. Ensure data privacy compliance. Brand Development Streamline development process as required, including designer acquisition, comprehensive briefings, progress tracking through each stage, and seamless handover upon completion. Serve as the key operational contact for third parties. Ensure successful implementation and compliance with brand guidelines. PR Curate media lists. Write press releases and brand materials. Pitch news stories and PR initiatives. Manage and execute all PR activities. Develop media and media relations strategies. Special Projects PR, Events & Charity (B2B and B2C): Support with special projects as required. System Experience Required: Salesforce, GDPR rules, Monday.com, campaign monitor, illustrator, chat GPT and an interest in new systems, to ensure that the business always stays relevant. Office: Head office is in London Business hours are 09:00-18:00 Monday-Thursday and 09:00-17:30 on Friday. Hybrid: 3/4 days in 1/2 days remote.
