My client are a rapidly growing eCommerce operation who specialise in the distribution of products for consumer DIY, electricals, building tools & garden products.
The Role
Coordinate all aspects of the business inclusive of operations, office & warehouse.
Production Manager required for a growing manufacturing business based in Bredbury.
The salary available will be up to GBP35k, dependent upon experience and as this is a new role within the business to support their continued growth, its a fantastic opportunity to show what you can do and really make the role your own!
The main duties will be to manage, motivate and develop a team of 10 production operatives to deliver target customer service at optimal cost.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the governance of multiple projects, developing a full project plan and proactively managing the project against this on a day-to-day basis.
You will keep our clients advised of the process and progress against the plan, ensuring we consistently deliver what we promise, when we say we will and to the highest possible standards.
This role will offer hybrid working from the office 3 days a week and the rest from home.
