My client are a rapidly growing eCommerce operation who specialise in the distribution of products for consumer DIY, electricals, building tools & garden products.
Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join them at their offices in Salford
The Role
- Coordinate all aspects of the business inclusive of operations, office & warehouse
- Develop business strategies and achieve goals
- Strong direction between office and warehouse
- Oversee operations and ensure efficiency
- Monitor KPI's
- Prepare budgets & financial reports
- Forecast and analysis
- Recruit, train and develop staff
- Ensure outstanding customer service
The Candidate
- Direct experience working in a retail, eCommerce or consumer goods
- Previous experience working as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong communicator and leadership skills
- Proficient in eCommerce systems & software
- A degree in business, management or a similarly related subject
