Responsibilities of this role
Recruit, assess, and monitor the continued suitability and competence of foster carers, ensuring they provide a safe, healthy, enjoyable, nurturing and learning environment for the children they care for.
As a Social Worker within our Independent Fostering Agency, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive range of fostering services.

This includes recruitment, assessment, training, supervision/support, duty services, and special guardianship assessments.
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Fostering Social Worker to join the Fostering Support Team.
The role includes supporting and supervising foster carers to ensure they provide the best quality care to meet the needs of vulnerable children as set out in their care plan.
The postholder will be a part of a team where Safeguarding is the top priority, and which supervises 190 fostering households, running support groups and support with foster carer training.
We are looking for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join a dedicated Fostering Team - Connected Carers
Anage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, undertaking focused, analytical assessments, prepare SMART care plans and reviews that have clear objectives and outcome measures in order to ensure that all looked after children receive a service that reflects the Council's commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our children looked after.
