Responsibilities

SF Group are working with a PE backed software / SAAS business with a consumer angle in the Reading area to source a Chief Financial Officer.
Experienced in the software industry and with a commercial understanding of associated recurring revenue streams, you will ideally already have worked at CFO / FD level and also will have transacted an exit on behalf of shareholders.
As such you will probably have worked in a stand alone / owner managed / PE backed software business rather than a division or subsidiary of a group.
