Alex used to be an Export Credit Controller, but they've just been promoted to Manager of Business Development. Though, we all work hybrid here, so when you need that extra hour in bed on a Monday morning, you can. By the way, it would be great if you have prior invoice finance or credit control experience, but don't worry if not. You might not have worked in this environment before, but it doesn't matter, as long as you're keen to learn and have a drive to have a real impact for the clients we serve through telephone conversations, we'll be here every step of the way to train you. Reviewing Monthly Management Accounts: Assist in the preparation and review of management accounts, highlighting discrepancies and trends. Maintaining Financial Journals and Sales/Purchase Ledgers: Accurately record financial transactions and reconcile ledger accounts. What do I need to be successful?! Previous experience in a finance or senior finance assistant role. Excellent knowledge of financial systems, processes, and procedures. Part AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new skills.
