Finance & HR Manager
The role will oversee a team of 2 in Finance and 1 in HR, providing direction and having oversight of the team on a day-to-day basis, whilst being the main point of contact for the business regarding any issues and queries around Finance.

ABOUT THE JOB
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Banking Clerk is responsible for the processing of store receipts and payments in an accurate and timely manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Department Managers and suppliers to ensure all discrepancies are actioned in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Development and enhancement of compliance processes in accordance with market practice to meet regulatory expectations, setting up and monitoring adequate and appropriate systems and controls to ensure that the firm meets its regulatory requirements.
Building effective relationships within the business to ensure that an effective compliance culture is in place, promoting positive engagement and behaviours within Commercial Express, leading by example as a role model.
