Duties and responsibilities
Carry out work in relation to service charge setting, including service charge budgets; preparing resident statements; assessing the adequacy of provisions; supporting operational staff.
Reporting into an Accountant, you'll take responsibility for your own team of Finance Officers, ensuring budgets and accounts with a variety of financial year ends are produced in line with an agreed timetable.
