The Lead Finance Officer will manage a team and ensure the organisation meets their financial goals. You'll leverage your communication skills to collaborate with Property Managers and clients, resolving any finance-related questions they may have.
Candidate criteria:
- Experience in property accounting
- Team leadership skills: proactive, organized, and able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication: professional and clear
- Ability to discuss financial matters with Property Managers and clients
- Strong Excel proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems, property accounting procedures, and service charge reconciliation
- Budget creation expertise
