The role of Contracts Administrator involves the following
Ensuring contracts are generated, issued and returned on time & that all documentation is 100% accurate and contains relevant signatures.
Using negotiation skills and purchasing services that provide a good level of profit margin and customer experience as well as maintaining excellent B2B relationships with suppliers.
Maintenance of both the UK and Far East purchase ledgers to include registering invoices, issuing for authorisation, full analysis, timely payment generation (BACS and bank transfers processing) and statement checking.
Be the first point of contact for customer debit note queries.
Liaise with both internal and external Supply Chain and Marketing departments to resolve and clear the queries in line with relevant customer procedures.
Working for private healthcare service in York, this is a 8-12week temporary booking to work as an administrator within a small and very friendly team dealing with theatre bookings and consultant appointments.
