To perform desk side support to clients as requested.
To repair diagnose and replace PC's, Laptops, Printers, Servers and retail equipment and associated peripherals.
Complete part movements (RMA generation & physical movement) in a timely and accurate manner, returning items as directed by the Branch within company guidelines.
As an IT Field Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to a diverse customer base across various bespoke environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for IT support queries, both remotely and on-site.
As the IT Field Engineer you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support across the UK.
You will ensure smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure including hardware, software and network systems.
This role will require UK wide travel to provide on-site technical support and maintenance and therefore you must have a valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle.
An IT Network Field Engineer with good working knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi connectivity and Microsoft product suite is required to join a rapidly growing civil engineering firm.
The role with initially be on the field supporting their 20 sites around Hertfordshire and North London roughly 2-3 times a week.
