Primary Responsibilities Include
To process cases on a timely and cost effective basis.
Liasing directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion: including, sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
