Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Preparation of legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements
- Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information from land registries
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate and organised files, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Update clients on the progress of their transactions and respond to any inquiries
- Participate in client meetings as needed
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in law or experience as a Residential Property Paralegal/Conveyancer
- Previous experience in conveyancing or property law
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using case management software and MS Office Suite
