We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team near Baunton on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:
- Handling own caseloadwith minimal supervision from initial instruction through to post completion
- Drafting legal documents
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients
- Supporting fee earners
- Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Obtain and check legal documents and title deeds
Candidate specification:
- A minimum of 12 months previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal/assistant
- Experience in residential conveyancing essential
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of team and stick to strong deadlines
- Experience using IT packages
Salary dependent on experience, £27,000 - £31,000
