We are seeking an experienced FM Property Manager to manage 6 or 7 of those buildings, ensuring that all contracted hard and soft FM services at are delivered to an exceptional standard.
Our client is a property investor with a portfolio of approx.
30 commercial office buildings across London and the Home Counties.
The offices have been designed to provide a bright, modern and flexible working environment to encourage collaborative working practices and the Facility Assistant will be expected to support the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Supervisor and the other Facility Assistants to ensure our offices are maintained and managed to an exceptional standard.
An enthusiastic individual with previous experience of working in a similar role in a corporate environment is required to provide 'front of house' and facilities management support for both of our Canary Wharf and King's Cross offices.
The shift patterns are expected to be between 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.
Support the Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in facilitating successful and productive working relationships between all key stakeholders, end users, the wider FM team and its service providers.
Support the Regional Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in acting as the interface between the core business and the FM providers, and as a filter for requests for change from both parties.
Support the development and implementation of changes to contracted services to improve service quality, which reflects best practice FM.
