Position Overview: As a Fund Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the fund management team in various aspects of fund operations and administration. This includes assisting with fund documentation, investor communications, regulatory compliance, and other operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and review of fund offering documents, including private placement memoranda and subscription agreements. Coordinate investor onboarding and due diligence processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation for fund transactions and investor communications. Monitor regulatory compliance requirements and assist with regulatory filings. Support fund reporting and financial analysis activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth fund operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or a similar role. This is a newly created role looking for someone who has working in Financial Services/Banking who has a strong background in relationship management of similar clients. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for creating, advising, and managing individually tailored portfolios that are designed to achieve your client's investment objectives within the agreed timescales. You will be trusted to handle an existing book of business and to use your detailed knowledge of all aspects of investments and stock markets to develop and expand your existing client network. All of their Investment Managers are supported and empowered to develop new client business as the firm works towards its ambitious growth goals.
