As the Estate Manager, you'll be responsible for
Oversea the daily operations of the leasehold estate.
As the Assistant Estates Manager, you will hold an influential role in the day to day running of the estate; liaising with high end tenants that occupy the public realm, working with internal teams to launch events and improve ESG across the estate, monitor estate health & safety and ensuring statutory compliance is up to date, assisting with the production of service charge budgets, and form close working relationships with both hard & soft service partners; specifically cleaning, security and fabric.

Ideally, you will have several years' experience working within the facilities & property management sector, working on a mixed-use estate, however that is not essential.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
This opening for a Property Manager is a fantastic opportunity to manage circa 150 individual demises occupied by Market Let tenants for two prestigious clients along with undertaking block management duties.
The Property Manager will provide first class customer service to both tenants and the client, and ensure health and safety compliance in relation to the portfolio, so as to minimize risk to tenants and clients alike.
