Duties
The role will be dedicated to our Places & Estates directorate specifically focusing on service charge projects.
You will be responsible for property procurement, leasing arrangements and landlord relationships within a designated region, ensuring that properties are of a high standard and well maintained.
Negotiate commercial lease terms, property hand backs and dilapidations, with landlords, including financial agreements and settlements to achieve best value.
