You will be responsible for property procurement, leasing arrangements and landlord relationships within a designated region, ensuring that properties are of a high standard and well maintained. Negotiate commercial lease terms, property hand backs and dilapidations, with landlords, including financial agreements and settlements to achieve best value.
Location: Remote working with travel across the patch (London and surrounding areas)
Type of Contract: Temporary
Length of Contract: 6 months with the potential of extension and permanent work
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday
Role Requirements:
- Identify suitable properties in line with strict requirements
- Sourcing and acquiring the property
- Negotiating commercial lease terms to ensure the organisation receive the best deal
- Responsible for ongoing lease renewals
- Undertake in depth property inspections to ensure they adhere to HMO and safety regulations
- Liaise with property owners, investors, and sourcing agents
- Experience of undertaking commercial negotiations in relation to property lease agreement terms
Essential requirements:
- A Basic DBS check from within the last two years or the willingness to obtain a new one
- A full UK Driving License and access to a car
