You must have experience with stoma, catheters and EMAR.
We have a permanent position for a clinical lead in the Teeside area, to oversee the work load of the Nurses on shift, we must have experience in a nursing or residential setting , this is a 16 bed run home and will require you to report to the home manager but to work on your own initiative, you must be able to order medication and store t in the correct place, monitor all medication the enters and leaves the home.
Care plan will be required to be completed for new and existing candidates reporting of any changes in care needs, to the manager and external services.
