Your Impact:

You'll lead the deployment of operational work order systems, collaborating with diverse teams to introduce smart, digital solutions. Your strategic vision will guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring a smooth transition to our BAU support functions and setting new benchmarks for success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Optimize system usage to achieve peak performance and efficiency.
  • Analyse and document evolving business requirements with precision.
  • Manage project resources and timelines, ensuring milestones are met with finesse.
  • Create and deliver impactful training, empowering users to harness the full potential of our systems.
  • Develop and support innovative ‘low code' applications, contributing to our cohesive digital ecosystem.
  • Safeguard sensitive data, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Provide support and mentorship to fellow Digital Analysts during critical project phases.

  • A strong technical foundation, coupled with a talent for problem-solving and driving excellence.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for a variety of stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic, globally integrated business environment.
  • Proficiency in low code and process automation platforms such as Power Platform & Nintex.
