The role of the Engagement Officer is to drive effective engagement and account management activities with community groups and organisations for the achievement of contractual targets and engagement.
This includes engagement with community voluntary services, community organisations, employers, education, and training providers to achieve the engagement targets for my client's service offer.
General
You will be required to work with autonomy and high levels of personal motivation with the proven ability to meet targets, working in collaboration with teams of internal colleagues, including business engagement and delivery staff.
