End date: 6 months
Hours per week: 40 per week or part-time / flexible
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office
Charge Rate per hour: Market rates
We are looking for an Internal Engagement Officer to join our internal communication team for a duration of 6 months.
As an internal Engaggement Officer you will be required to;

Work with lead team to develop an internal communication plan to engage a team of 1700 professionals working across 25 offices in the UK, France, Germany, Middle East and India.

Work to embed our Sector wide Culture of Curiosity, Care, Courage and Community.

Support with the organisation of an in person Awards Event for approx. 150 people in March 2025

Manage Monthly Business Briefs including agenda items, presenter preparation and presentation material.

Drive traffic to Viva Engage and our Internal Sharepoint Site.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience of developing and executing an internal comms plan within a global business.

Ability to quickly review internal communications and suggest the correct vehicle to deploy based on importance, relevance and applicability.

Proven ability to increase engagement with a selected comms channel.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams including scheduling and managing large sessions.

Experience of organising an in person live awards event.
Qualifications
- Degree level education (or equivalent)
