Job Description
In this role, you will provide professional and proactive HR generalist and administrative support across two sites, taking responsibility for day-to-day issues, including providing management advice when appropriate and as directed, plus supporting the Directors with HR processes when required.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous maintenance experience within a field relating to joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating etc.
As the Maintenance Operative your role is key in ensuring all requested repairs, be that reactive or proactive and pre planned (via manager), are carried out to the required standard and within our SLA deadlines.
