As an HR Officer, you'll play a crucial role in managing key HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to HR Advisor duties and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring process and help new employees settle in smoothly
- HR Advisory Duties: Providing HR advice and low level ER advice to the business
- Training Coordination: Organize and oversee training programs and company events
- HR Compliance: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with policies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
