HR Officer - Preston - Up to 30k - Mostly Home Based

The role offers some amazing flexibility as it is mostly remote, requiring only two days per month in the office! As an HR Officer, you'll play a crucial role in managing key HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to HR Advisor duties and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career within a leading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring process and help new employees settle in smoothly
  • HR Advisory Duties: Providing HR advice and low level ER advice to the business
  • Training Coordination: Organize and oversee training programs and company events
  • HR Compliance: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with policies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
