HR Co-ordinator

We are seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join a professional services company. Offering mainly remote working with occasional office days based close to Preston.

Working as part of the People team, you will be providing exceptional HR administration and co-ordination support to the team and the wider colleagues.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain all HR system and develop improvements and efficiencies
  • Provide first point of contact support for colleagues
  • Update and maintain employee records, issue contracts and changes in terms and conditions and provide regular reporting.
  • Assist in ER cases management.
  • Support with recruitment campaigns
  • Provide additional HR support to the team depending on priorities and projects.

Ideal Person Fit

  • Proven experience in HR administration,
  • Hold a good understanding of HR practices / Employment legislation
  • Highly organised and an eye for detail.
  • Experience in HR systems and confident Excel knowledge.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
