Our client's team is looking for an experienced Activities and Wellbeing Facilitator who will deliver day services to their members by planning, developing, and implementing a person-centred programme of stimulating activities that meet the social, physical, emotional, and cultural needs of residents.
General
You, as an Activities and Wellbeing Facilitator, will work with residents to develop and deliver a range of daily activities that reflect individual needs, interests, choices, and preferences, cultivating a person-centred and inclusive environment that is dementia-friendly and supports diverse needs.
In collaboration with the Volunteer Manager, the Activities and Wellbeing Facilitator will match residents with volunteers to support engaging activities and organize recreational outings and events for social and cultural engagement.

Reporting to the COO / CEO the Head of HR, as part of Sagacity's Senior Leadership Team, will work closely with other senior team members, our investors and the Board to ensure Sagacity is structured, right sized, and skilled to support the delivery of our Business Plan.
