Our client, a leading manufacturer in the construction sector, is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes.
As the Customer Relations Specialist, you will manage customer care, queries, and complaints from start to finish, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.
This role is integral to ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall experience for their customers.
This role will be on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The purpose of this role is to provide first line ER advice to our colleagues and assist line managers in understanding, and optimising our processes, policies and procedures and supporting them through the process.
You will be required to form trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders across the group.
A UK centric Insurer with offices in London & Milton Keynes are looking to hire a HR Administrator and Payroll Advisor on a permanent basis.
The role will sit within the HR function and will predominantly be responsible for their end-to-end payroll process alongside some BAU HR responsibilities.
You will report directly into the team lead and will be the payroll SME.
