Your main responsibilities will be
Handle general payroll processes such as pension and benefit administration, and overpayments.
Manage the processing of monthly payrolls, including all permanent and temporary pay amendments.

We are currently working for a well-established not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a Payroll & HR Officer to join their expanding organisation and team.
As in-house recruiters for the large manufacturing organisation, DENSO Marston based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, we have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor who will be will be responsible in supporting the delivery of the HR strategy across the business.
The HR Advisor will act as a point of contact for all general day to day HR issues.
The purpose of the role is to provide advice and support to Line Managers on people issues ensuring consistency is applied at all times and that all decisions taken are in line with legislation alongside agreed policies and procedures.
By motivating and empowering the people you work with, you will equip individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to enable secure and sustained employment.
As an employment Advisor, you will be working directly with a caseload of customers to help them overcome barriers to employment, providing vital support to help people transform their lives.
You will develop strong relationships by encouraging, motivating and challenging your customers to fulfil their potential, whilst ensuring you meet your own job specific targets.
Saturday hours available to include in shift overall if required.
Work shift flexibility can be offered - core hours of 9am to 4pm must be covered for 4 days and earlier finish on a Friday (30 mins).
