Responsibilities for the Employee Relations Advisor
Provide advice and case management across the organisation for disciplinary, grievance, and formal capability/performance, long-term absence and AWOL issues, working in accordance with employment law, best practice and people policies and procedures.
You will be working in a fast-paced HR department in a company that employ over 600 staff across the group, your role is in an advisory capacity supporting both staff and Managers, ensuring efficient operation of the departments on site.
