Reporting into the People Advisor Lead, the People Relations Advisor will play a pivotal role supporting HR Managers, Area Managers, Store Managers, and employees by providing expert advice and support on a range of employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance improvement and absence management.

Your primary objective will be to deliver a first class customer focused Employee Relations service by providing specialist support and advice, predominantly over the telephone, to colleagues throughout our business.
Give advice and coaching on Employment Law to the regional leadership team, helping managers handle people management the right way and make fair, consistent, and legally sound decisions.
