From advising on settlement agreements to managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier legal services.
We are excited to be recruiting for an employment solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm based in Buckinghamshire.
You will be working mainly for employer clients advising on a wide range of employment law issues both contentious and non-contentious including drafting settlement agreements and employment contracts, advising on disciplinary or grievance hearings, restructuring and redundancy advise and employment tribunal proceedings.
This opportunity is ideally suited for a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE although candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience will be considered.
