Role Overview:
As a vital member of our Employment Team, you will tackle a wide array of contentious and non-contentious matters. From advising on settlement agreements to managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier legal services. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance on employment law issues, including settlement agreements, disciplinary matters, and employment tribunal cases.
- Efficiently manage a caseload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to encourage collaboration and teamwork.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide support to senior team members as required.
- Contribute to the marketing and development initiatives of the Employment Team.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, ideally NQ-2 years PQE.
- Demonstrated experience in employment law, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational capabilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and files simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and IT applications.
- Dedication to delivering the highest standards of client care and compliance.
- Interest in participating in the marketing and business development.
